Vividoll – Refund’s Finally In
Thank you to all who has read and especially taken the time to leave comments for my post on Vividoll – My Experience. The promised transfer is finally in after 2 months of merry-go-round – from stock status to replacement options, then to the promised refund that would be done “as soon as we can”.
Sent an email 2 days ago to check on the status since it had been 3 weeks since I last heard from them. Sent another email last evening. Received transaction details finally this afternoon.

| You have received a new message regarding order #14756:
Dear Customer, Your refund has been completed. Details is as follow: … |
Was kind of hoping for some words of courtesy or politeness for having taken 2 months to resolve one issue. Well, seems to me like vividoll does not care about customer retention or customer satisfaction at all (maybe not so if you are a huge buyer). A small fly like me who makes purchases every other month might be something close to nothing to lose? Just my personal opinion. Who knows, some day, when vividoll makes enough money, it will just close down and ta-daaaaa, start another online shop or something. Here are the public registration details of the domain “vividoll.com”, courtesy of Felix;
KOREAN FASHION WHOLESALE (SGNIC-ORG1147307)

Anyway, I was just wondering, from the points Felix mentioned, if vividoll claims to be, and I quote, “A Registered Company in Singapore & Overseas”, where are the registration details? As per mentioned in his comments, searching for “Korean Fashion Wholesale” in ACRA showed that the registration was cancelled. I will be thinking more than thrice from making another purchase from vividoll from now on after the unhappy incident. Then again, it’s just me.
Hi,
Glad to hear that you finally got your money back. I have some issues with buying from overseas as well, the taobao agent which I used just lost over SGD300 of my stuff. Not very happy about it. Waiting for the response that they are going to give me.
Luckily for me, the company is registered so I can go sue them in small claim tribunal if they try to shrug the issue off.
Felix
Hello Felix
Wondering if you have gotten a positive response for your purchase in April…. Hope all is well now. I do look forward to hear from you again. Take care.
First time I bought from Vividoll and is totally disappointed and disgusted with their products.
1)express mail they took 10 days.
2)not in stock items did not inform early until delivery
3)items came and quality is worst than my house rag cloth.
Is there any public area where I can post their product to show what kind of clothes they are selling so that others would not be fooled.
Hello Fann
It seemed like to me, from experience, the “Express Mail” excludes the time needed for them to process and get the stock to Singapore. Thereafter, they will then use “Express Mail” to get the stock to you from (maybe) Bukitt Panjang area. Definitely not something that I agree with but unfortunately, they stated this here: http://www.vividoll.com/content/10-delivery. I would say 10 days is already a good deal given that they took weeks to process a single order and then suddenly comes back with “out of stock”.
Felix might be right-on regarding the “out of stock” item; that they do not know if an item is in stock or not until the very last minute too. Though I do agree that before they send anything out to us, they should at least inform us such that if we would like to get something else, they can all be delivered together instead of the last minute surprises. Bad business model? Definitely not helping in terms of customer satisfaction.
Quality, I must say, is really a gamble. I received something that was so not anywhere similar to what I saw in the pictures posted. A top that is suppose to be, an obviously suppose to be an off-shoulder, came looking like a PJ top. Goodness. They do have some items of decent good quality though….
Hmm… do you have a blog? Maybe you can try googling for “online shopping reviews singapore” or something and see where these fellow e-shoppers post their comments. I am a lazy person so I’d normally just rant here. Heh.
Hope you feel a little better
jeszy, you might as well have gotten your stuff through taobao spree, that’s exactly where vividoll gets their stuff.
Hello Abby
Thank you for the recommendation. Gmarket has been serving well so far and there are reviews by other buyers on an item which helped a lot in deciding if something is worth the buy. Think i’m gonna stick to this addictive site for now – haa!
I’m glad i read your comments. I just cancelled my first order with them. Where else do you ladies normally shop?
Hi Esther
I simply gmarket these days
I have to agree with Jeszy about customer service and customer retention. I was one of the unhappy customer whom they lost my order but since it’s via normal mail, the customer (me) would bear the responsibility. 2nd was they charged twice the postage amount, this time I paid for registered mail cos of the previously lost mail, they decided to send both orders made within the same week together! Under one mail, the other registered mail money was nt returned nor credited back. Yet they hv the cheek to send the oos item to me via normal mail.
I took very long to decide to try their service again this time, spend $80 on trash clothings which may be used as pyjamas. One of the item qualify for exchange but customer bear the postage for return via normal mail and told me it should be quite safe as they received most of the stocks. What is this? As I read their terms and condition, it seems that customer buy at own risk, because all the terms are to their advantage, zero ‘insurance’ to customers.
Of cos the earlier orders were fine, but the service today is as trash as their clothes. Talking about thinking thrice, maybe you should not even bother. Btw, the item which qualify for returned is supposedly is a premium dress, which cost $26.90. Not a big deal, I agree, but compared to their usual pricing of $17.90 – $20.90, I hv a little expectation for it, end up… Sigh.
Hi Nicole
Your incident sure sounds familiar to me. In a similar situation, I questioned that I opted and paid for registered mail but my re-stocked item came in normal mail instead and they told me that they only delivery re-stock items in normal mail. Ouch. Yeay… kept some of those “pajamas quality” clothing as pajamas but have not wore them at all, even to bed… haa. Well, I have no idea what happened to them and their service; probably a change of management or something. I have since stopped buying from them and am a happy (cheap) online shopper at Gmarket. You may wish to try Love Bonito (www.lovebonito.com) or Tracy Einny (www.tracyeinny.com.sg) both whom I bought clothes from and have been keeping their standards and customer service levels up all these while. Quite a bit more pricey than vividoll and gmarket
Have a good weekend (^-^)
Thanks for the recommendation. I am indeed looking at alternatives and they are so many (online stores) out there. Really hv to choose carefully these days.
